Use of the Service

Katharostech.xyz provides professional AI-driven services—ranging from IT consultancy, AI platform integration, cybersecurity defense (SecureShield), business automation (AutoFlow), data analytics (InsightEdge), AI strategy consulting, IT management, and compliance advisory. Unless explicitly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform, including proprietary AI models, integration frameworks, strategic roadmaps, or analytics reports, without our prior written consent.

Payment, Refunds, and Subscription Renewals

All payments for our services—whether it involves consultation sessions, AI integration projects, ongoing automation support, or analytics subscriptions—must be made upfront unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Recurring services, if applicable, will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Charges will apply to the user’s chosen payment method. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within the timeframe stipulated in the applicable service contract or agreement.

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content, including but not limited to AI models, strategic consultation documents, training materials, codebases, design elements, and analytics insights, is the exclusive property of Katharostech.xyz, protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of our content is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

Our engagements often involve sensitive business data and strategic plans. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of non-public information shared during the course of service delivery. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.

Termination

Katharostech.xyz reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice if these terms are violated, if suspicious activity is detected, or for other reasons deemed appropriate. Users may also terminate their accounts at their own discretion through their account settings. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease immediately.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katharostech.xyz, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or services. This includes loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
